Registration Information;
- Registration is compulsory for experts, assistants, students, all participants and company representatives wishing to access the conference general areas and attend the scientific sessions. The conference registration fee includes a name badge, admission to scientific sessions, the conference pocket programme and abstracts, printed conference materials and a certificate of attendance.
- VAT at 20 per cent is included in the registration fees.
Cancellation and Refund Terms and Conditions
- Requests and changes regarding registration bookings must be submitted in writing to the event secretariat. To request a cancellation, please email dilara.kacar@burkon.com
- For cancellations notified by 1 January 2027, the full fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations notified by 31 January 2027, 50 per cent of the fee will be refunded.
- No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after 31 January 2027; name changes will be accepted
- Refunds will be processed within one month of the end of the conference. Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Accommodation Information;
- The package includes a 3-night stay on a bed and breakfast basis, with check-in on Wednesday 7 July 2027 and check-out on Saturday 10 July 2027. Requests for stays on different dates should be sent by email to dilara.kacar@burkon.com
- Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00; early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to an additional charge. Hotels are not obliged to allocate rooms to participants for early check-in or late check-out, but will be able to assist participants subject to availability. Assistance will be provided regarding where to leave your luggage in the event of early arrival or late departure.

- Accommodation rates include 10 per cent VAT. Burkon Tourism reserves the right to pass on any changes in the amounts of taxes, duties and fees that may arise to its prices.
- Each package deal is valid for one person; it cannot be split up and used by more than one person.
- Burkon Tourism reserves the right to cancel accommodation bookings for which payment has not been completed or to rebook them at another hotel.
